Mercedes-Benz Truck & Bus Factory Tour

We invite customers, business partners, educational institutions, industry communities, and government representatives to visit the Mercedes-Benz Truck & Bus manufacturing facility in Cikarang. Through the Factory Tour program, visitors can experience firsthand how Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicles are assembled, from the production line to the quality control process that ensures every vehicle meets Mercedes-Benz's global quality standards. The tour also offers valuable insights into advanced manufacturing technologies, modern production processes, and the dedication and craftsmanship behind every vehicle produced.

Terms & Condition

Each factory tour session requires a minimum of 6 participants, consisting of 1 Group Leader and 5 Participants.
The maximum number of participants per session is 20 people, consisting of 1 Group Leader and 19 Participants.
All participants must comply with the safety instructions and guidance provided by the DCVMI HSE team throughout the factory visit.
The Group Leader is responsible for confirming attendance within 24 hours after receiving the booking confirmation.
All participants are required to wear long pants and closed-toe shoes. Sandals, high heels, and other inappropriate footwear are not permitted.
Participants must be in good physical condition. Those who are unwell are advised not to participate in the factory tour.
Participants must be at least 14 years old to join the factory tour.
Pets and animals are not permitted inside the factory premises.
Tours are conducted in either Bahasa Indonesia or English.
Factory tours are available twice a week, every Tuesday and Thursday, with session options from 09:00–11:00 WIB.
The factory tour duration is approximately 60 minutes.
