We seek dealer partners who demonstrate strong business fundamentals, relevant market expertise, and a long-term commitment to our brand.General Requirements
- Legally established and registered in Indonesia, with complete and valid corporate documentation.
- Demonstrates strong financial standing, including positive cash flow and a healthy debt ratio.
Industry Experience & Market Capability
- Demonstrated experience in the automotive industry, preferably in commercial vehicles or heavy equipment.
- Possesses an established customer base and/or strong industry connections, including mining, forestry, logistics, transportation, construction, or other sectors utilizing commercial trucks or buses.
- Capable of presenting a structured market development and business growth plan for the designated region and/or other provinces in Indonesia.
Committed to Brand & Culture
- Familiar with Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicle products, including Truck and/or Bus.
- Willing to comply with Mercedes-Benz corporate standards, brand values, and operational guidelines.
- Ready to invest and share resources to support coordinated and sustainable business expansion.

Application Submission
- Download and Fill in application form.
- Provide company profile
- Submit the form and company profile via email DCVIPartner@daimlertruck.com

Business Plan Review
- Network Development Team will contact you within five (5) working days after the submission of your application to assess your qualifications
- Provide basic material such as business licenses, financial statements and business plan

Presentation and Alignment
- Presentation of business plan from business partner candidate
- Alignment the scope cooperation (location, product authorizations, business objective)

Due Diligence
- Our Legal and Compliance Team, together with our Headquarter, will conduct a due diligence process on your company

Finalization and Onboarding
- Signing of the Dealer Agreement
- Enrollment in the Wholesale Financing Program
- Completion of all required documentation and compliance requirements
- Official appointment as an Authorized Dealer
